Basil is a 5 year old male neutered chow that is good with female dogs and small breed male dogs. He has also lived with a cat and middle school age kids. Basil has visceral epilepsy and takes phenobarbital once a day. He gets his phenobarbital levels checked every 4 months. Basil needs a fenced yard and an active owner. He loves to walk. He needs to live with another dog. Having a lot of stimulation in a fenced yard helps his condition. He is great with most strangers and has been welcoming to all of his fosters guests. He is currently being fostered in Jacksonville, FL.
