He is 8 years young and was rescued from a shelter in Illinois and is currently being fostered in Illinois. He is up to date on shots, heartworm negative, parasite negative, great over all health and is scheduled for neuter on August 6th and will be ready for adoption once he has healed. He is in a foster home with three other male chows and does great. Like most chows it can take him a minute to warm up to someone new but, he is a total love bug, great at the vet and for grooming. He is very food motivated. Even though he is a tiny chow, no cats for this boy. He will chase them! He loves to be outside and go for walks. He absolutely needs to be in a home with another dog. He will not do well as an only dog.
